#Paralympic 24hr Torch Relay comes to Bushey, Herts.

So this morning I was at Bushey Arches at 2am awaiting the arrival of the Paralympic Flame, which was due to pass by at about 2:30am, little did I know there had been a delay of about 1 and a half hours. Nor did it seem the 2 dozen hardy souls who also had come out in the middle of the night to see it.

Everyone was in good spirits though, we wished we had brought Tea or Coffee with us but the 10 or so children who'd come out to see the flame, some in pajamas, were full of excitement, and loved it when the police, either in cars or on motorcycles kept stopping by to inform us of how long the delay was now lasting.

I'm really glad I stayed up and saw this..
