Me & The Velodrome (& Snow and a bridge)
A rare one this one.
You very rarely see me in the picture as I always have the camera, I prefer it that way.
Anyway this is me on our bridge (E13) with the Velodrome as a backdrop. all around me is the snow from the recent cold snap!

Snow inside the London 2012 Olympic Park
All the Internal roads are gritted and ploughed so works can continue, it's just the ground workers who are struggling today.
Contractors from Kent & Essex are also finding it hard to get in today.

The Olympic Park Appears on the New A-Z as Complete.
It shows the main stadium, the aquatics centre, velodrome, basketball arena and all other areas in a fascinating insight into how the land near Stratford, East London, will be transformed.
The Olympic Development Authority said: "The construction will be completed next summer, a year before the Games begin. It is an encouraging sign of this progress that the Olympic Park is now being referred to on maps.
"We are not complacent as there is still a lot of hard work to be done." Sports fan Sam Williams, 33, from South London, added: "It makes the Olympics seem all the more real because it is finally appearing in the A to Z."
Stratford regional rail station has also been updated for the latest edition and Stratford International is featured. In 2008, the A to Z map showed the site as an empty space.
Back then, the ODA had just cleared the former industrial site. Norman Dennison, boss of Geographers' A-Z Map Company Ltd, said: "It is a real honour for us to be able to feature the entire Olympic Park for the first time."

Crane Life for Bridge L01
The giant crane is finally in place in readyness for the lifting of both (Permanent & Temporary) L01 Bridges across Ruckholt Road, London E15, from East Marsh, Hackney Marshes to Eton Manor and into the London 2012 Olympic Park.
It looms large into the early morning fog that has covered the Olympic Park and surrounding area's for the last couple of mornings.
The Bridges will be lifted into place from 10am tomorrow morning (20th November 2010) so expect the area to be at a standstill as the roads are all closed off the whole weekend.

Official tour bus passing the London 2012 Olympic Stadium
The Official London 2012 Tour bus passes the Olympic Stadium for an early morning ride around the site, 4th November 2010.
Probably the most washed vehicle on site, most of the buses I use on site have dirt, dust and mud splashed all up the windows so I get to see everything through a hazy layer of grime on the windows.

.. and the bane of my life when I get public transport to work as It's one of two Internal buses I have to get inside the park to get to my site offices which are in the North End of the park.
Sometimes it takes me 40-60 minutes to get from the Aquatics Centre to the North Plaza.
The Only upside is I get to see all the park in my own personal tour of the site, getting to see any new works and various changes, the main ones being the landscaping that is taking shape.
